I think that's a glitch in that map. Map's name is escape?
I'll check it out, have to delete if needed. If it's not map bug, then definitely permanent ban for cheating.
The players names you mentioned already got temp bans for using codes and spamming. If you see any of them doing such nonsense thing again, capture screenshot and post in "Bugs and Cheat Reports"
